I am alive

Standing at the edge,

Watching the rain fall,

Feeling the urge I jump,

Landing on my couch,

Gun in my hand,

I pull the trigger,

But I am alive,

With a knife,

Drenched in the rain,

And I stab this stranger,

Again and again and again,

Each stroke releasing some pain,

Multiple holes with a blood pool,

Sighing I blink,

I am just sitting,

Parked by safeway,

Thinking of all the demons,

Hidden inside of me,

And I,

Drive away.
