Morning Butterfly

Morning butterfly a fragile look at life
It cloaks around sunlight and flicks on my eye
Dancing around in beauty softly it cries
Flower to flower it looks for me to take me up inside
Colours form a façade of my mind in emotions
The heart so lost is caught up in its own grave
Lest I am still to bear the heaviness of this world
No mother no father but myself and this destiny
Standing on this crossroad, I hang in between
You fly away so suddenly, and the sun strokes through me
The sweet little butterfly, so soon you left me free
No more of the temptations, no more of the scent
A sour taste is left in my tongue, and its muddy all outside
I sprang to my feet and ran after you, trying to close my hand
It returns still empty as you are nowhere to be found
With a sigh I sat down, tired and fatigued
Close my eyes under the sun to get some sleep again
Once again there is this softness which swings by my ears
You sit on my nose joyfully, flapping the colours again.
