Chance encounter
I begin to unravel my own mystery,
What we have travelled is now history,
Curves and slopes across steep climb,
Hidden ditches crushed mines,
Painting on the skyline the cuckoo flies,
Muzzled voices ask the question why,
Tiptoes upon this world,
Hush! Don't make a sound,
Someone might wakeup with a frown,
The winds chime on the court yard,
Sounds of silence often breaks up,
Ripples of moments thrown upon the moon,
Like the colourful flowers in the morning bloom,
The touch of a soul hollow eyes search,
Shuffling words don't express a star crossed birth,
Round goes the earth upon its end,
The sun smiles often to make amends,
My foggy window pane glows a distant lamp,
A shimmery reminder of an open man,
Laughing together the hope is still lost,
Nothing much to lose nothing cost.
